All programs are delivered online and are designed to be educational in nature. They cover topics such as leadership awareness, communication improvement, productivity strategies, goal planning, confidence development, and practical self-management techniques.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, service, or feature at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to enrolled participants in advance.

3. User Obligations

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Sottile Alessandro for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the total amount you have paid to Sottile Alessandro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or two hundred euros (EUR 200), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State in which you are domiciled. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes online.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and its services, you and Sottile Alessandro agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal negotiation. You agree to contact us in writing at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, and we commit to responding within thirty (30) days of receiving your communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days from the date of the initial notification, either party may pursue formal resolution through the competent courts of Milan, Italy, as described in Section 10 above.

Alternatively, both parties may agree in writing to submit the dispute to mediation administered by an accredited mediation body under Italian law (Legislative Decree 28/2010) before pursuing court proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise determined by the mediator.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site and our services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

• Activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will immediately cease.
